Less than two weeks after being handed a 12 week suspended prison sentence for three separate shoplifting offences Jordan Werkowski-Freeman, 25, was back shoplifting in Long Eaton stores. On October 3rd he stole stole a basket full of meat from the Co-operative store in Grasmere Road, three days later he stole an artificial Xmas tree from Home Bargains on Tamworth Road. The same afternoon he attempted to steal another basket full of meat.from the Grasmere Road store. Finally the next day October 7th he stole two floor cleaners from Family Bargains. He pleaded guilty to all of the offences and for failing to surrender to bail. He was jailed for 16 weeks and must pay criminal court charges and a victim surcharge totalling £230.
